The Finax project involved detailed on-site management, covering safety oversight, maintaining site cleanliness, and setting up scaffolding, along with securing all the required permits and approvals. Our team took charge of demolition, including the removal of gypsum partitions, ceilings, and flooring. We then installed tempered glass partitions, gypsum walls, and custom joinery.

We also oversaw the work on the ceilings and flooring, including the installation of carpet tiles, and prepared the MEP services. The electrical upgrades involved installing new LED lighting, power outlets, and data cables, while the HVAC systems were relocated and plumbing was done for the washroom relocations.

Fire safety systems, including sprinklers and alarms, were updated to meet DMCC standards. Additionally, we took care of installing signage and conducted a comprehensive cleaning both throughout the project and at its completion to ensure everything was ready for occupancy.
