Our team successfully completed the landscaping fit-out for the Spring 14 Community, creating a vibrant and sustainable outdoor space. The project began with extensive site preparation, including demolishing existing structures, excavation, and soil removal. We then supplied and backfilled the area with high-quality planting soil, enriched with green compost and fertilizer.



We carefully selected and planted a variety of species, including Olea Europea, Golden Bamboo, Santolina rosmarinifolia, Lantana camara, Lavandula angustifolia, and Pennisetum setaceum, ensuring a diverse and visually appealing landscape.

To support the growth of the plants, we installed an efficient irrigation system, complete with mainline and lateral piping. We also built a strong concrete base with steel reinforcement to support various landscape features. The project featured natural stepping stones, decorative pebbles, moss, and rocks, as well as custom planter boxes and aluminum louvre gates that added both elegance and functionality to the space.

To enhance the outdoor environment, we installed landscape lighting, including spike lights, bollard lights, and a control panel, along with the necessary wiring and conduit systems. The work was executed with care and attention to detail, ensuring the Spring 14 Community now has a stunning, well-maintained outdoor area that seamlessly blends beauty and functionality.
