The Premium Wheels project involves obtaining all necessary design drawings and approvals from building management and JAFZA authorities. The scope includes installing glass partitions, tempered glass doors, and applying frosting stickers to match the existing design. Gypsum partitions will be constructed, and wooden skirting and walls will be prepped for painting with primer and Jotun paint.

Ceiling modifications and cleaning will be carried out, and carpet tiles will be installed in the office area, while vinyl flooring will be used in the pantry. The electrical work involves modifying light points, installing LED lights, power outlets, and running conduits for Wi-Fi, CCTV, and TV connections. Air conditioning systems will be adjusted, serviced, and balanced to ensure optimal performance.

The low-current IT work will include installing CAT 6 cables, server racks, and switches. Fire safety measures will involve relocating emergency lights, smoke detectors, and installing fire sprinklers, followed by testing and certification to ensure compliance.

Joinery work includes the installation of pantry cabinets, wall cladding, and the company logo. All tasks will be completed to the highest standards, ensuring the success of the fit-out and a polished final result.
