The Jameel Health project involves obtaining all necessary approvals, including design drawings and fit-out permissions from building management, JAFZA, DCD, and Trakhees, along with the associated fees. Key construction tasks include installing clear tempered glass partitions, applying frosted vinyl stickers, building gypsum walls, adding wooden skirting, and completing a full painting system in the office areas. Ceiling work will involve modifying gypsum bulkheads, installing metal ceilings, and applying the required paint. The flooring will feature high-quality carpet tiles.

The electrical scope includes modifications and installations of lighting points, sensors, power outlets, conduit systems, all while ensuring safety compliance. Air conditioning work will include modifications, installations, servicing, and air balancing to ensure optimal performance. The project also covers low-current IT installations, such as CAT6 cables, server racks, and switches, along with fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems to meet JAFZA requirements, including smoke detectors and exit lighting.

Joinery work will involve custom fabrication and installation of shelves, wall paneling, TV units, reception counters, and veneer-finish cabinets, ensuring a unified and professional design throughout the space.
